Over 13+ years, Christie has partnered with organisations across insurance, logistics, and sales - specialising in Learning & Development, Organisational Development, and change.

​

She is known for working end-to-end: from shaping strategy through to building and delivering practical solutions that embed into day-to-day work. A key strength is her ability to work with people across the business - unlocking ideas, bringing them together, and turning thinking into something real and usable.

Recent work includes designing and delivering a Sales Capability Framework and Sales Academy, building end-to-end learning pathways, and supporting large-scale change initiatives.

Christie is an Accredited Life Styles Inventory™/Group Styles Inventory™ Practitioner by Human Synergistics - supporting individuals and teams to build self-awareness, shift thinking, and develop more constructive ways of working together.

The LSI™ creates very high levels of self-awareness and provides valuable information on how individuals think and behave, creating opportunities for personal growth. The GSI™ allows groups to become highly attuned to the way they approach issues and allows the group to develop their collaboration approach to become a more effective team.
