I partner with organisations across Aotearoa to design and deliver capability, learning, and change initiatives that actually land.
From early strategy through to build and implementation, I work end-to-end - bringing structure, clarity, and momentum to ensure solutions are practical, adopted, and embedded into day-to-day work.
A key part of how I work is getting alongside people across the business - unlocking ideas, connecting perspectives, and turning thinking into something tangible that teams can see themselves in and feel proud to be part of.
