Founded by Christie Hutt, the business exists to help organisations design and deliver capability, learning, and change that actually lands - practical, people-centred work that makes a real difference.

The name Bobbie Beau was chosen with intention. It's inspired by a special soul who lived a life full of creativity, adventure, and purpose - and whose spirit of meaningful connection runs through everything we do.

Christie is the founder of Bobbie Beau and the consultant behind every engagement.

With over 13 years across insurance, ports, logistics, and sales, Christie brings both strategic depth and hands-on delivery capability. She is known for working closely with people at all levels - building trust, simplifying complexity, and turning ideas into practical solutions that stick.

Christie is an accredited LSI™/GSI™ practitioner through Human Synergistics, a member of NZATD, and a lifelong learner - currently deepening her te reo Māori through Papa Reo.

She believes capability isn't built through programmes alone - it's built through relationships, real work, and giving people something they can actually use.
